Grand Designs Success

Thursday, 13 October 2011

We have just returned from a very successful few days at Grand Designs LIVE in Birmingham. Over the three days of the show we spoke to lots of interested people and handed out hundreds of catalogues.

This was the first time that we had exhibited at Grand Designs LIVE in Birmingham and the response was really very positive. Many of our visitors to the stand had visited the show just to see us! We love doing shows such as Grand Designs LIVE as it gives more of our customers a chance to see, touch and feel the furniture before buying. It also lets us talk to customers face to face and prove that there are real people behind the catalogue and the website!

The show gave us the chance to show off some of our new lines launched this autumn. This included are already popular Chandra Stool, Hathi Tall Bookcase and the Pali Office Desk. All of these pieces and others were really well received at Grand Designs LIVE and we came away with lots of inspiration and ideas for our next batch of new lines for spring 2012.

During the three days of the show we ran a competition giving away a set of our famous Contemporary Nest of Tables away every day of the show. The three lucky winners will be notified shortly so if you entered keep those fingers crossed!

If you missed us at Grand Designs LIVE then our next shows is the Ideal Home Show at Christmas. This is a brand new show and we are really excited to be exhibiting there for the first time. More details will follow shortly so watch this space!

On these kinds of exhibitions, I always look for the functional furniture. There was a plenty of examples. I wish everyone could see the same beauty that I did in live but pictures and captured video are the only replacement accessible.
