Celeb spotting at the Ideal Home Show at Christmas!

We have just returned from five really success days exhibiting at the Ideal Home Show at Christmas, Earls court in London. This was the first time that we have exhibited at the Ideal Home Show and we had a great time. We spoke to lots of new customers and handed out hundreds of catalogues.

We love doing shows as it gives our customers a chance to come and touch and feel the furniture before making decisions. It also shows off our accessories such as our wall hangings and cushions in a way that that a catalogue and the internet cant. The Elephant Wedding Wall Hangings were one of the most popular items at the show because the detail and workmanship can really be appreciated.

The show gave us the opportunity to show off some of our new lines launched in autumn 2011 including the Hathi Column, Chandra Stool and Pali Corner TV Unit. All of the furniture was really well received at the show and we came away with lots of inspiration and new ideas for new designs.

Whilst we were at the show we made a little time to do some celebrity spotting. Our favourite celeb of the show was Alison Cork who stopped by and had a sit down and a chat with Georgie. Others spotted include Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Gino D’Acampo, Olly Smith, Phil Vickery, and Susie from the apprentice!

During the five days of the show we gave away five sets of our famous Contemporary Nest of Tables every day of the show. All five winners have been notified and a beautiful Nest is on the way out to the lucky winners.

Our next show will be Grand Designs Live in London in May. Watch this space for more information in the New Year!
