Best cheese dish is a dish of cheese as cheese is good enough to have all by itself. Best cheese recipie I know is Toasted Cheese and Ham Sandwich. The Melted cheese with the crispy bread and the ham all go together so well. Cheese is one of those core food items that is best left simple.

I absolutely adore making my own home made macaroni cheese. I use cheddar, and some paler, milder cheeses. The trick is to put some flour in with the milk and cheese when making the sauce.

I couldn't seem to enter through the links provided to put my contact details etc in.
