Pleasing a design sensitive audience such as the attendees of Grand Designs Live is a notable achievement! We have just returned from this year’s Show and we were delighted by the huge level of interest in that surrounded their latest furniture designs that had only been released in March.

The most popular pieces at the show were the new eye catching Thakat Column Drawers. Their cylindrical shape combined with the deep lustre of the Sheesham wood really catches the light and peoples eye! The contemporary yet practical Khimsar Storage Coffee Table also received an enormous amount of interest as did one of the latest additions to the Mallani range, the Mallani Storage Seat.

Voted Consumer Show of the Year Grand Designs Live is regarded as the event for design and inspiration for your home! The show took place at Excel in London between the 1-9 May 2010. The show will be back in 2011 and judging by Myakka’s success of this year they will be back with more innovative and exciting products.
