We are working with our courier’s right up to Christmas Eve to make sure all furniture, gifts and accessories are delivered in time for the big day. We are now getting close to the last order date for larger furniture requiring our Delivery + service. So if you were thinking about ordering a new TV unit for the new TV or a Storage Seat to smarten up your hallway make sure you order by midday Thursday 15th December.
All furniture with a £15, £25 or £40 delivery charge will need to be ordered before midday Thursday 15th December for pre-Christmas delivery. Please note this applies to items that are in stock only. For delivery slightly further afield to Northern Island, Highlands, Isle of Wight Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or Eire, the last order date is midday on Friday 2nd December, so get your orders in quickly.
If you have any questions about placing an order or delivery, especially any special requirements, please contact our friendly and very knowledgeable Customer Service Team. They will be able to advice on the delivery process and answer any questions you may have. Please be aware that to receive your furniture order in time for Christmas Day you will need to accept the first available delivery date and time slot, so the earlier you place your order the better! Our delivery partners are requesting that if possible that two contact numbers are provided to ensure they can make contact with you. You can still order your Christmas gifts, accessories and small furniture items right up until midday on Wednesday 21st December for delivery on Christmas Eve. Please make sure that if you have any special delivery notes such as ‘please leave in the shed’ are added to the note section when you placed the order online. Plus until Wednesday 21st December we are offering FREE standard delivery with orders of £30 of more – saving you £4.95*!
