For the first time, fair trade furniture company Myakka will be at the Grand Designs Show 25th April to 4th May.

Being primarily an online retailer, the Grand Designs Show enables customers from all over the country to visit Myakka at the central London Excel location. Visitors will be able to meet the retailers of beautifully hand crafted and unique furniture and experience the products in the ‘flesh’.

Myakka can be found on stand L98 in the interior section with a range of their expertly crafted Sheesham and Acacia wood furniture, soft furnishings and accessories that add the finishing touch to almost any home. Myakka prides itself on being a family-run business, offering high-quality and well-designed furniture at great value prices.

During every day of the show, Myakka will be giving away a set of Contemporary Nest of Tables worth £89, including free mainland UK delivery. Visitors to the show can enter the competition by visiting the Myakka stand and each day a different winner will be announced!  In total, there will be 10 lucky winners over the course of the show who will each receive a set of these best selling tables.

The Grand Designs Show offer companies the chance to showcase new products and services. Myakka is also using the show as a platform to launch their brand new table lamps from India and northern Thailand, a selection of which will be on display along with their current range of fair trade and ethically sourced products.

“We are very excited to be attending the Grand Designs Show and are looking forward to meeting new customers.  It’s great to give people an opportunity to see the quality of our products before buying them,” explains Georgie Hopkins, director of Myakka.
