The brand new Myakka catalogue is out now. The new Autumn-Winter catalogue is full of exciting new furniture lines as well as all our customer favourites and best sellers. This catalogue now also includes lots of soft furnishings and accessories as well as our new fast-find furniture directory. This new edition to catalogue is a great way to find the perfect piece of furniture for your home. So if you are looking for a coffee table, all our coffee table options are in one accessible place.
As well as all of our existing favourites the new catalogue includes lots of new and exclusive furniture lines. New lines have been added to our Mallani, Thakat, Chandra, Surin and Hathi ranges but the range that has grown the most is the Orissa range which was brand new for spring 2012. Orissa started with two popular taster pieces, it has now grown to include 10 new furniture lines. This exclusive range to Myakka is solid mango wood with hand carved details.
One of the Myakka’s team favourite new pieces of furniture is the new Orissa Petite Sideboard. From the outside the sideboard has double doors, but when opened it reveals a secret full-width drawer perfect for your silverware. Another of our favourite new Orissa pieces is the new Orissa Storage Coffee Table which is on the front cover of the new catalogue sat on the Ooty Stripe Wool Kilim Rug.
Our ever popular Surin range has increased this autumn with five new lines. The Surin Forest Table is a perfect edition to your home if you love elephants and hand carvings. Carved by skilled artisans in Thailand from solid Monkey Pod wood this table is a real piece of art as well a practical piece of furniture. The Surin Storyteller’s Chair is the perfect chair for enjoying your favourite book or sharing your favourites stories with others. Carved from Monkey Pod wood in Thailand this chair provides the perfect perch.
Our ever growing Mallani range includes new designs for the living room, dining room and bedroom. As our Contemporary Nest of Tables and Mallani Duet Tables are always so popular our design team have come up with the new Mallani Tall Nest of Two Tables. Naturally neat and space efficient these tables slide together perfectly. The Mallani Open Tallboy is the perfect storage option. With four useful drawers and two open shelves this tallboy provides the perfect option to hide away clutter and useful storage.
The Hathi range welcomes two new pieces to the elephant family. The Hathi Wide Screen TV Console is perfect for large widescreens with some added elephant charm and the Hathi Console Table has three useful drawers and a handy shelf.
The traditional Thakat range has two new pieces also. Based on the popular Thakat columns the Thakat Column with Cupboard is the same dimensions as the Thakat 4 Drawer Column but with a cupboard instead of a drawer. The Thakat Companion has a large cupboard with removable mid height shelf as well a drawer and a useful display surface on top.
Our Chandra range also has new pieces. Based on the best selling Chandra Stool, we are now able to offer a Chandra Large Stool, perfectly sized for the end of the bed. If you need storage then the Chandra Storage Coffee Table is the answer. With six half-length drawers and a large storage area under the lid. This is perfect for storing DVDs, CDs and toys.
