Over the weekend and today we have had a lot of snow fall. This means that some of our couriers are finding it difficult to reach us and collect our orders. If this is the case we are, where possible, changing the service so that we can get your order to you in time for Christmas. According to the weather forecast we are also forecasted more snow tomorrow. This, if like today, may mean that some of our couriers struggle to reach us again.

Couriers are also finding it difficult to deliver in some places although they are trying to make deliveries pre- Christmas and are working extra hours to facilitate this.

If your area is particularly affected by snow please be patient, if you have an outstanding order that you placed online please use your consignment number on your dispatch to track your item on the couriers website.
