We find the reviews really helpful – by reading them we can find out what we do well and what needs a bit more attention. We can pass on your opinions to our suppliers and delivery partners so they can improve and develop. We also like to know how you are using your product as we can share this with other customers and use this to help us design furniture that is right for our customer.
