Are you at a loose end this Sunday? If so why don’t you pop into the Wincanton Street Market which is  Sunday 20th from 11am until 3pm. This is the second time the market has been held and we are sure it will be a great success. The Street Market will be held in Carrington Way Car Park which is opposite the Library and will host over 40 traders. As well as all the traders and their stalls there will also be entertainment form Wincanton Town Band, buskers and stilts walkers!

Our Warehoue Outlet Shop is open from 10am on Sunday until 4pm and we are only a 5 minute walk up into town to visit the market.

The Market will start at Julian Shaves flower shop, where he will be selling fruit and vegetables, continue along past Totally Floored and outside the library and into the lower level of the car park.

After the first market it was clear there was lots of demand for more food stalls so this time the market will welcome new stalls with Churros, Olives, Chocolate Brownies & Truffles and Curries as well as speciality Teas and many more. The market will also welcome a new children’s fancy dress stall – perfect for trick or treating this Halloween which is fast approaching!

For more information on what’s going on at the market, why not have a look at their Facebook page for all the up to date information. The next Wincanton Street Market will be on Sunday 17th November, so get it in your diaries now!

Here at Myakka we would like to wish the street market every success. With all those yummy sounding stalls we will be there with bells on!
