With the launch of our new catalogue including exciting new furniture lines we have also introduced some new soft furnishings in our catalogue for the first time come direct from our own supplier in Jodhpur. These new soft furnishings include new cushions, wall hangings and bedspreads. The new textiles are all fair trade and are made in Rajasthan, in villages around Jodhpur. Each village will specialise in a certain kind of needle work such as mirror work or using moti.
The new range includes a great selection of new wall hangings, in four new designs in a selection of different sizes and colours to suit and décor in your home. These new wall hangings include the Elephant Wedding Wall Hanging which celebrate life and living in glorious colour. These wall hangings which are available in 2 sizes and three colours are made from patchwork of recycled wedding saris. No two are ever the same as they are hand stitched and finished, they are sure to add some sparkle to any room.
A welcome addition to the new range is the Barmeri Mirror Throws and Cushions. These pretty throws and cushions include intricate mirror work which has been hand stitched to create beautiful throws and cushions available in three harmonising colours.
To develop on our bestselling Moti Ari Cushions we have now included a new 60 x 60cm size as well as two new colours. Both the sizes are available in the seven colour ways which now include camel and natural. These cushions are made from recycled sari and wedding sari so are almost dripping in decoration and are sure to bring a touch of the east to your home.
