So the Met Office was right and there is a lot of snow!
Here at Myakka, we’re open for business as usual but we are working with skeleton staff. Our office and WAREHOUSE SHOP will be OPEN today until 4pm.
Any of us that live close enough to get to the office safely will be available to answer the phone and pack whatever orders we can. We would simply ask for a little patience today if you would like to contact us… should we be unable to answer your call straight away, please leave a message and we will get back to you.
Naturally, our dedicated delivery partners will also be disrupted by the snow so again, please have patience. If you are scheduled to receive your order today, there is a high chance that it will need to be rescheduled. Our partners will be working as quickly and efficiently as they can to get your goods to you and we ask for your consideration with this.
While this snow is only scheduled for today, the cold weather will possibly delay us getting back on track and dispatches from our warehouse will also be affected today. There is a chance that deliveries scheduled for the early part of next week will therefore experience a slight delay. We’re sorry for this disruption but would like to assure you that we are working just as hard as we can to keep everything on track while bearing in mind the safety of our staff and delivery partners.
